Payment Policy

All hay purchases are cash on delivery, unless prior arrangements have been made and confirmed by KW Farms Hay Co.

Payment is due at the time of delivery. If payment is not received upon delivery, future orders may be delayed or canceled until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

A processing fee of $1.50 per bale applies to any non-cash payment methods. 

KW Farms Hay Co. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if payment terms are not met.
